Bridget Rhinehart

Bridget Rhinehart is a gender equality and social impact leader with over 13 years’ experience advancing women’s rights, humanitarian action, and movement building across Africa, the Middle East, and the U.S. She is the Founder and Principal of Equa Global, a consulting firm partnering with organizations to design and resource transformative, feminist-informed programs. Bridget holds an MSc in Women, Peace and Security from the London School of Economics and has led multi-million-dollar initiatives for global NGOs, grassroots networks, and philanthropic institutions.
